Paul Elias Alexander is the author of [many literature reviews ](https://brownstone.org/author/paul-elias-alexander/?ref=goodoil.news)on Brownstone. As a scientist and scholar, he worked for the World Health Organization before being tapped by the Trump administration in April 2020 to sort out the chaos that emerged after the policy response to the virus.
