> A reality TV star arrested on domestic violence allegations has allegedly fled Australia, with authorities only becoming aware of his disappearance on the day of his court hearing.

> Below Deck Mediterranean’s Nathan Gallagher is now facing arrest warrants in two countries after pulling the same vanishing act just a few years ago, a court has heard.

> The 27-year-old was arrested two days after Christmas at a unit block on Appleforth Street, Melrose Park, after police were called following reports of an alleged assault.

> “Police will allege the man assaulted a 29-year-old woman known to him at the same premises the previous day, Friday, 26 December 2025,” a police statement reads.

> There were no reports of serious injuries.  
>  
> Gallagher was taken to Gladesville Police Station where he was charged with the domestic violence offences of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, choking without consent and common assault.
