Andrew Little *is* the Minister of Health, right? Yet he cannot see what New Zealand’s medical staff and hospital patients can, it seems. He claims he hasn’t seen any statistics reporting high levels of patients in NZ hospitals. How out of touch with one’s portfolio can a minister be? Don’t answer that…
