She [pleaded guilty to all charges](https://www.stuff.co.nz/nz-news/350210512/former-green-mp-golriz-ghahraman-pleads-guilty-shoplifting?ref=goodoil.news) in March and appeared at the Auckland District Court on Monday for sentencing.

> At the start of the hearing, Judge June Jelas allowed Ghahraman to sit in the public gallery as she said she wouldn’t be receiving a custodial sentence. The former MP and criminal barrister sat with her head down for most of the hearing.
