# Humans Can Not Affect the Climate

The cold climate emergency expected by **Vladimir Putin** is certainly different to Prime Minister Ardern’s toasty one because he uses science and she just uses sophistry. Reality is explained by science – fraud by sophistry.

In one sense, Mr Putin is laughing behind his hands as he builds bigger nuclear-powered ice breakers and ramps up hull ice protection for new oil and LNG tankers. He has revised his food security program to cope with the looming Grand Solar Minimum and has hedged his bets with the annexation of Sevastopol as the fourth port for his anticipated coming Little Ice Age.

He is rolling out his nuclear technology to ensure a greater proportion of Russia’s future diminishing fossil fuels will be saleable into an energy-starved world. (Saudi Arabia is doing the same). Mr Putin obviously doesn’t want Ukraine, but he sure doesn’t want NATO installing US missile systems and supporting Ukraine to re-take the Crimean Peninsula with its essential strategic port of Sevastopol! In another sense, Mr Putin knows that cold brings death and he would prefer warmth. But politicians cannot choose the cards that nature deals out.

But then Mr Putin’s advisors will also know that in a deep mini ice age (like the Maunder Minimum) he could lose open sea access to either St Petersburg (Baltic), Murmansk (Arctic and Atlantic) or Vladivostok (Pacific) or all three to winter ice. The West Siberia oil field is playing out and Russia needs the Arctic sub-sea oil and gas resources too.

During the last full ice age (a 90,000 year glaciation simply called the Ice Age) Russia would have lost all three ports and likely been uninhabitable. For Russia, their climate decisions are survival-critical and identifiable in all their geopolitical decisions, whereas we have the luxury of tolerating UN IPCC malfeasance for the next five or so years. But for how much longer can we? China and India can’t and aren’t. Can Brazil, Pakistan, the five “stans”, Canada, Japan, or even Indonesia? The USA government is presently wedded to the UN IPCC fraud based on the globalists and Democratic party objectives, so their decisions are no lead to follow.

And so the BRICS will never join the UN IPCC fraud. As a result, total human carbon dioxide emissions will continue to increase (whether humans are actually responsible for that or not) and sub-sea volcanism will continue to be ignored by the UN IPCC. Even so, the warmer the ocean, the better for our climate.

#### **How successful now is PM Ardern’s and the UN IPCC’s climate fraud?**

With CO2 going up in concentration and the average temperature coming down, obviously NASA, NOAA, NIWA, and others will start massaging their temperature charts – yet again – to change the way this looks, because they know the optics are bad. But that is just “rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic” stuff.

2\. From the NASA Satellite temperatures of the Lower Atmosphere to the end of January this year per UAH, the temperature has fallen by 0.027oC. during the 23 years to 31.1.2022.

How tight is the correlation between global warming and the change in atmospheric CO2? Or, rather, to paraphrase, “the CO2 that is 80% of the cause of climate change, with a high degree of probability” according to UN IPCC’s latest report AR6? **There is obviously no correlation.**

I showed in my recent email to the ‘proper authorities’ that it is now easy to prove that human carbon emissions have no effect on climate, but it can also easily be proven from Professor Duffy’s evidence and our own NZ weather data that water vapour is the omnipotent greenhouse gas (and there is no second place in that competition). So when I gave a warning in May 2019, why did the Ardern/Shaw Government not check my allegations before diving in to promote climate fraud?

Reality means that if I go head to head with the government this year to publicise my concerns, I will lose because the climate fraud is now so well-entrenched in the OECD.

> How can any citizen cope with fraud when it is now officially sanctioned, taught in schools, enshrined in legislation and therefore endemic?

The best way forward would be to get the courts to provide a declaratory judgment on the questions of fact and then to begin unpicking the fraud at both national and OECD levels.

But will either the Director, the Secretary or the Commissioner do their jobs and actually investigate the fraud?

If not, then win or lose, I will publicly advocate my views.

Perhaps some other politicians would care to express an opinion about the desirability of the “proper authorities” looking into what I allege is the biggest fraud in New Zealand history?

The problem isn’t the damage already done, but the damage that will be done if we and the rest of the OECD persist with the UN IPCC’s synthetic emergency.

At 75 years of age, I don’t care if someone proves me wrong. After all, I benefit personally if unintentionally from the fraud. But my tiny investments are not about gaming climate action, but supporting the drive for humanity to substitute other fungible energy sources, technologies and materials for oil, gas and coal.

If we don’t and these finite resources continually deplete, our civilisation will go the way of the Mayans by 2100\. We are today using oil at almost 36 billion bbls per year and in the last 21 years have used almost 700 billion barrels.

The Second Law of Thermodynamics is already in play. All oil fields are depleting and, due to climate fraud, funding for new fields has been either banned or actively discouraged. Meantime prices will soar well past USD100/bbl by September 2022 and the Energy Return on Energy Invested (“EROEI”) for exploring, transporting and processing oil is falling every year. At an EROEI of 10:1 our civilisation is doomed. That may come as early as 2040\. It was built on 100:1 and more over 160 years.

Pollution and resource depletion are the two critical issues for politicians. Climate looks after itself. It always has! If we look at Prof. Duffy’s numbers, it is easy to see why the climate always will do so.

The OECD scientists in their silos of expertise are totally ignoring the coming **Grand Solar Minimum** because they are deluding themselves that their intricate sophistry is real science. That is what happens after 33 years of **confirmation bias.** Perhaps they will be right, and perhaps not. But I would not bet on it, even though New Zealand still has time to prepare.

We are now 11,700 years into the Holocene Interglacial Interval. All known civilisations have come and gone during the last 9,000 years. But these interglacial periods only typically last (from ice core analysis) from 10,000 to 12,000 years while full glaciations then last more than 90,000 years. During the next Ice Age of the Milankovitch cycle, what will be the fate of New Zealand South Island?

The Russians and Chinese are thinking ahead. But the UN IPCC is only driven by political dogma and globalist billionaires all seeking one global supranational UN government and a homogenous tax rate for their global empires. The climate fraud seems to be their “bait and switch play”. As a result, which master do NZ politicians serve? UN or NZ?

The UN IPCC’s and PM Ardern’s climate fraud is just an unnecessary distraction, and by the time it runs its course, the New Zealand economy will be much worse. For example…does anyone seriously fancy closing down Marsden Point while the oil price is USD200/bbl and supply sources are limited? Big oil will sell their NZ downstream operations to the highest bidder and have no need to ensure supply for us. So many future decisions hang off such inappropriate pseudo-green dogma and are justified solely by the sophistry surrounding climate fraud. The damage already done to farming and oil and gas in New Zealand is just the tip of the iceberg.
