# Labor Activists Celebrate Murder and Death Threats

When **Pauline Hanson** took PM **Anthony Albanese** to task for, she said, [encouraging his supporters to commit acts of violence](https://goodoil.news/this-is-what-stochastic-terrorism-looks-like-2/) against her and her party and its voters, she was right on the money.

Perhaps somewhat fittingly on the day Albanese announced yet more legislation aimed at censoring Australians’ social media, solemnly invoking the spectre of ‘violent extremism’, social media dutifully served up some shocking examples of violent extremism. The only problem for the PM and his brigade of eKarens is that it came from Labor supporters. Including at least one the PM had personally posed for selfies with.

In an apparently now-deleted Instagram post, Turner called for “Assassination of Pauline Hanson now!”

This is just weeks after the National Union of Students – the youth wing of the violently far-left Socialist Alternative – organised a national ‘school students’ walkout against Hanson. Undercover footage from Sydney Town Hall captured teenagers and their minders volunteering [what they would do if she appeared](https://goodoil.news/this-is-what-stochastic-terrorism-looks-like/): shoot her, kill her and send her to the guillotine. Adult marshals in keffiyehs ran the show. A One Nation volunteer at the Ekka was punched, spat on and left with a broken rib the same week.

So, PM, are these the violent extremists you keep talking about? Does this qualify as one of the ‘hate groups’ covered by your own Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism? After all, the legislation specifically lets the government list an organisation as a prohibited hate group if a minister is satisfied it has engaged in, planned, or even ‘advocated’ a vaguely defined ‘hate crime’. If openly advocating for the assassination of the leader of a poll-leading political party doesn’t qualify, what does?

Indeed, the government may have to end up proscribing its own youth wing.

Yang was not just any old student radical, either. He was not only an employee of the Australian Transport Workers Union (TWU), who hurriedly sacked him (so they say) when word of the event leaked out, he is also a “prominent figure among young Labor activists”.

> He attended the 50th Labor Federal Conference in Adelaide, where he published an account of his time, including discussions with elected Labor officials, in the University of Sydney student publication Honi Soit.

He has also posted selfies of himself cheerily shaking hands with the prime minister.

Remember the maxim of former ADF Chief **David Morrison**, the one Labor used to recite when it suited them: “The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.”

> The identification of Yang as the person behind the account comes a day after Communications Minister **Anika Wells** used Question Time to call for stronger protections for young Australians from harmful and extremist content on social media.

Does that include the harmful and extremist content posted on social media by Labor’s boot-boys?

Or are Labor just going to march right on past the standards they impose on everyone else?
