# Mallard’s Last Quack

Trevor Mallard is a narcissistic bully with a bad case of short-man syndrome. His final act as Speaker was to leave a steaming pile of crap on the new Speaker’s doorstep. He has snuck off overseas leaving it to Adrian Rurawhe to deliver Mallard’s last quack.

What a sneaky, gutless, yellow-bellied, snivelling piece of weasel piss. He didn’t even have the gumption to apologise himself.

Winston Peters must have ground Mallard hard to get those words out of him. If we ever needed a good reason to ensure NZ First makes it back into parliament, it is so that Winston can become Foreign Minister again and recall Mallard from Ireland in disgrace.

And Mallard is a disgrace; his career filled with incidences of bullying, narcissism, petulance and unbridled anger. He is a sad, small, angry man easily goaded into doing stupid and petulant things, like the time I goaded him into a cycle race that he spent weeks training for instead of managing Labour’s 2011 campaign.

Jacinda Ardern has stage-managed his departure, so he gets away without any damage, leaving it to his replacement to apologise. He has essentially been rewarded by Ardern and now can slide away to Ireland and live the high life.

Meanwhile, poor muggins taxpayer will be left with yet another expensive bill cleaning up his petulance. The last one cost us more than $350,000 after he bullied, defamed and destroyed the career of a Parliamentary staffer.

Mallard is a poor choice to represent this country. The only saving grace is that he is as far away as he could possibly get from New Zealand. I pity the poor Irish who now have to have him ensconced in their country. Maybe they will return him to sender.
