A [famous New Zealander](https://thebfd.co.nz/2019/08/a-humorous-take-on-wine-art-criticism/?ref=goodoil.news) has a novel solution.

All they need do is have some of their existing directors **declare they identify as women.** That should do it and allow Boards to continue selection based on perceived merit.
