# Sign Up to our FREE Daily Digest

If you are a regular reader of *The BFD* the easiest way to get your daily fix is to sign up to our FREE daily newsletter called the Daily Digest.

It contains all the day’s articles complete with a photo and the first paragraph of each article so that you can decide at a glance which ones you are most interested in reading.

The newsletter contains links directly to the articles on *The BFD* so you can read them in full.

It costs nothing and we have had lots of positive feedback about it as it is a very simple format that makes it easy to scroll your way through the articles in the same way that you would on a basic blog format.

**You will find the Daily Digest sign up on the Home page on the right-hand side.**

You will find it on our homepage on the right-hand side.

It is a very simple process.

**Enter** your **e-mail address** and your first and last name then **click on Subscribe to Daily Digest** and you are done.

If you ever want to stop the newsletters simply scroll to the bottom of one of them to find the **unsubscribe link** and click on it.
