Perhaps not so much a stuff up as another sign of the appalling editorial standard in place at *Stuff* these days.

> Airways made the aircraft landing a priority and held arrivals for about five minutes, before it landed safely at 12.26pm.

A pilot requesting an emergency landing would be using the aircraft’s aeronautical radiocommunications equipment; he or she would **not** “phone” in.
