Isn’t this a $75 Million dollar bribe and a ‘Quid Pro Quo’?

Labour gave the Media Party 75 Million reasons to ensure that their election campaign was successful.

The bribe was [announced October 15th](https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/labour-promises-75-million-in-contestable-nz-air-funding-newsrooms?ref=goodoil.news), only two days before the election.
