This rare single cask bottling of [The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky “Just Hatched”](https://eightpm.co.nz/collections/new-zealand-whisky/products/the-cardrona-pinot-noir-aged-single-malt-375ml-65-8?ref=goodoil.news) is drawn from the very first casks laid down at the Cardrona Distillery, New Zealand.

Matured in ex-bourbon casks for three years and bottled at natural cask strength. Cracked creme brûlée, sweetened with borage flower honey. Opens with water.
