Many songs get covered or re-interpreted, the covers often being more successful than the original.

Here are some cover versions of one song along with the original, let us know in the comments which is your favourite, or if you don’t like any of them.

“All Shook Up” is song written by Otis Blackwell (co-credited with Elvis Presley), first released as a single by David Hill in Feb 1957.

Elvis released his version in Mar 1957.

It has been covered by many acts including:

Pat Boone on his 1963 album “Pat Boone Sings Guess Who?”

Albert King on the 1969 album “King, Does The King’s Things.”

Jeff Beck included his take on the 1969 album “Beck-Ola”.

Wild Angels on the 1970 album “Red Hot ‘N’ Rockin.”

Suzi Quatro on her 1973 debut album “Suzi Quatro”.

Humble Pie on the 1981 album “Go For The Throat”.

Robert Palmer put his spin as the B side to his 1991 single “Happiness”.
