They’ll decide what you can see. The BFD. Photoshop by Lushington Brady.

I wonder if the ABC will cover the story, now? For two days, the Australian media have been all over the story of a high-profile senator being ejected and banned from a Melbourne strip club, after launching a racist tirade. The Australian media… with one very notable exception.

Two days after the story broke, Australia’s [government-funded left-wing propaganda outfit] public broadcaster is yet to publish or broadcast a single word about the affair.

If they won’t tell you about it, they can pretend it never happened. The BFD.

But with new, and even more damning, footage of Greens-turned-independent Lidia Thorpe’s rampage emerging, even the ABC may not be able to avoid the story for much longer.

Extraordinary CCTV footage of Lidia Thorpe’s strip club stoush shows her repeatedly marching up to a man and pointing in his face – despite claiming she was provoked.

The video, exclusively obtained by Daily Mail Australia, gives a bird’s-eye view of the rogue Senator’s actions as she screamed obscenities at a group of men outside Maxine’s Gentlemen’s Club in north Melbourne after 3am on Sunday.

Remember: this is a 50-year-old Senator.

Video, filmed by a witness and first published by 7News on Sunday, revealed Senator Thorpe had said been pointing at the men and saying: ‘You’ve got a small penis’.

She then marches up to one of them, holding her face just inches away from his and saying: ‘you, you are marked’.

The CCTV footage now reveals the disgraced senator went back multiple times – despite claiming she was provoked.

She walks over to a waiting cab and then returns for more before a friend pulls her away.

Just as she is getting into a cab, she returns to aggressively film the men, holding the camera in their faces.

As the venue manager points out, far from “provoked”, Thorpe was very much the provocateur.

The venue’s general manager, David Ross, told this masthead her behaviour was ‘just unacceptable’ and that she had been walking up to punters earlier in the evening accusing them of ‘stealing her land’.

‘She was very animated and argumentative,’ he said.

‘I think to the credit of our punters who were out the front, they didn’t get aggressive and they were trying to settle the situation.’

‘I have never seen a racist-inspired problem in our club before,’ he said […]

A member of the group told 7News that the senator was ‘out of control’.

But, then, what should one expect of an MP elected for the Greens?

The most toxic party in Australia has quite the track record.

Thorpe, herself barely escaped censure, after it emerged that she had lied about a “relationship” with an outlaw motorbike gang leader while sitting on a parliamentary committee on law enforcement. But that’s just a Thursday for the Greens. Sexual misconduct and harassment, and subsequent cover-ups, bullying, racism, alleged rape, shoplifting, drug abuse, campaigning to legalise bestiality…

Having leveraged the toxic Greens to get her arse on the velvet in Parliament (she was first appointed as a replacement Senator, then re-elected on a party ticket), Thorpe decided that even the Greens weren’t radical enough for her liking, and quit to sit as an independent.

During which time, she has been accused of being workshy, bullying elderly Aboriginal ladies, been thrown out of the Sydney Mardi Gras and been crash-tackled by security while trying to attack Kellie-Jay Keen.

And now, getting into scrag fights outside strip clubs.

Just don’t expect our government-funded media to enlighten you about it.

At least, not until they can figure out an angle to paint Thorpe as the victim.
