Albo Avoids the Camel in the Tent

Hands-free pass to Islam – attacks Christianity instead.

Yet again, the Albanese government is green-lighting the Islamic hatred that led directly to the murder of 15 Australians at Bondi.

When the government released the draft of its ‘hate speech’ legislation, its grotesque pandering to Muslim hate-preachers was laid bare, yet again. This is, remember, the government that funnelled tens of millions of taxpayer dollars to multiple Islamic groups platforming swivel-eyed jihadis preaching violence and hatred. Especially against Jews.

This is also the government that is desperately beholden to Western Sydney electorates dominated by Muslims. Multiple senior ministers rely on the Muslim vote to keep in office. Few more so than Tony Burke, whose electorate has the highest concentration of Muslims in Australia.

And it shows: when Hamas perpetrated the worse massacre of Jews since WWII, PM Anthony Albanese took nearly 24 hours to respond. When a Muslim mob stormed an October 7 vigil at the Sydney Opera House, chanting “Gas the Jews!”, the government not only did nothing – it lied about what had happened. Police told Australians not to believe their lyin’ ears: the Islamic hate-mob had really chanted ‘Where’s the Jews?’ (As if that somehow made it any better.) The same police are still lying to our faces: claiming the Bondi massacre wasn’t religiously motivated.

For the past two years, as Australia has been poisoned by a tidal wave of anti-Semitism, Labor has done worse than nothing. At every step of the way, its primary focus has been mollifying Islamic sensibilities. On the rare occasions when they’ve been forced to acknowledge anti-Semitism, they’ve immediately added the mealy mouthed equivocation, “…and Islamphobia”.

Albanese is still playing the same disgusting game.

Anthony Albanese has used the Old Testament of the Bible to justify carving out religious texts from Labor’s proposed hate laws bill, solely focused on stopping hate on the basis of race and ethnicity.

The coalition is concerned the exemption could empower radical preachers to use interpretations and translations of the Koran and the Hadith to espouse hatred of Jews.

Albanese’s first response is to demonise Christianity and Judaism (the Old Testament is Jewish religious scripture), while completely ignoring Islam’s inherent hateful intolerance.

It was unclear about which section of the Old Testament the Prime Minister was referring to.

Because he doesn’t know. The historical accounts of violence in the Old Testament are not open-ended calls to jihad. Show us the Jebusites or Perizzites Christians are meant to smite, then we’ll talk. Nor are the Mosaic Laws of the Old Testament binding on Christians in the way the pronouncements of the Koran and Hadith are on Muslims.

Contrary to Christianity and Judaism, Islamic religious are binding and eternal. That’s because Islam claims that the Koran is the literal, directly transmitted, speech of Allah. The Hadith teach that Muhammad was the best example of humanity, so that all Muslims must strive to emulate his sayings and doings, in every way they possibly can.

That includes the incessant slaughter – especially of Jews. When Muslims chant ‘Khaybar’ (as they have, repeatedly, at ‘pro-Palestinian’ rallies in Australia), they are referring to Muhammad’s massacre of Jews at Khaybar.

This has nothing to do with ‘interpretations and translations of the Koran and Hadith’. It is what Muslims are enjoined, by mainstream Islam, to emulate. Even the Muslim daily prayer openly curses Jews “who have evoked [Allah’s] anger”.

Don’t be deceived for a second: Albanese’s “toughest hate laws ever seen” will be used to target Christians and Jews, while giving Islamic hate preachers a Get Out of Jail Free card.

In the section dealing with publicly promoting or inciting racial hatred, the leaked draft goes on to list defences under a subheading “Defence – religious teaching or discussion.”

“Subsection (1) does not apply to conduct that consists only of directly quoting from, or otherwise referencing, a religious text for the purpose of religious teaching or discussion,’’ the draft legislation obtained by news.com.au states […]

Executive Council of Jewry Peter Wertheim [said…] “You could drive a truck through it, and it would mean that hate preachers...would arguably be beyond the reach of prosecution.”

Albanese is truly the most despicable PM this country has ever cursed itself with.
