So a man killed a man. This ☝🏼 man pictured in the NZ Herald was killed and his killer, also a man 👇🏼, behaving in fairly classic violent-male fashion but while calling himself a woman, is pictured below in a BBC report, with Queen Terf JKR calling out the linguistic sexism of this example of the continued media misrepresentation of male crimes as female crimes in the name of ‘trans inclusion’, and all who profit off such brazen misrepresentations of the sex facts. Trust in New Zealand’s national public broadcaster RNZ and the govt-subsidised NZ Herald is also at an all-time low, thanks in no small part to their repeated publishing of trans-pandering lies like this.
HE’S A MAN!
At least the BBC showed a picture of the ‘wife’. The NZ media, to my knowledge, didn’t go that far to let in a slither of truth. But both reports will leave probably the majority of the busy people (we all are) who come across them, people who tend to only read the sensational headlines with catchy, unusual phrases like ‘wife killed husband’ and ‘killed by his wife’, and not have time to read the article or more closely process the picture, if it is included, believing that a woman – so all women potentially – is capable of such brutal violence and cruelty against her husband or anyone. Meanwhile, men, the people who commit more than 90 per cent of all killings, and including the killer who killed while pretending to be a woman, can deflect much of the shame for the crime.
My thesis research on media reportage on domestic homicides in NZ between 1987 and 2007 showed this exact media tactic of twisting the story to smear the word wife with negative connotations and framing, just like this news feature does, while the word husband got the opposite treatment, a much more sympathetic portrayal, even when he had killed her. And the pattern was found in Australian media reports of such cases too, just as trans sexist lies and framings in one country show up, in almost the same form, in other country’s reports, with consistent overlap of tactics and even words used to twist the sex facts to make women appear more violent and blameworthy, and men less, than is the truth.
And when jury members read these biased media reports long before being called to jury duty at the trial, and are told to avoid media about the case – a rule that acknowledges media coverage can sway people’s judgement and undermine the jurors’ collective ‘commonsense’ – they cannot help but be influenced against the women in favour of the men, and they are.
This trans twisting and cover-up of the truth about trans-identified men’s violence has echoes, too, of the long lie so many in the British media told to cover up Jimmy Savile’s 40-year career as a serial child rapist and sex abuser who ruined the lives of countless girls all while being paid a fortune to work with children as a celebrated BBC presenter and trusted UK personality, and with the number of complaints by his child victims grown into women mounted up being disbelieved, downplayed or dismissed until after his death. Then they went to town with the truth and made money from the size of the abuse and cover-up scandal, as Netflix did, making the 2022 documentary series on him under the title: A British Horror Story. Now they call him a ‘horror’. If there was any justice for his many young female victims he would have been called a ‘horror’ to his face and sent to rot in prison. He died in 2011, a fair while before this was made and more than 50 years after its subject began his 40-year career of raping and molesting girls without punishment or any media shaming.
Not only is this much too little too late to see any real justice served to his victims, it reveals the almost bigger ‘horror story’ that is the BBC’s readiness to cover up and lie about the most dangerous and devious of men, at women’s and girls’ expense, and all on the taxpayer’s dime, over and over and over again. And now this trans pandering to the men who say they’re women – to get their rocks off and or take advantage of the institutional reluctance to blame men and keenness for blaming women – has taken this linguistic misogyny to its ultimate end, with men’s crimes being described as committed by women, never mind that a woman killing a man with a long and heavy sword would not just be highly unlikely but all but physically impossible in any usual body strength fight between a woman and a man. Kill Bill is not real.
It amazes me still that no one in our various Western criminal justice systems seems to worry that such duplicitous, violent and mentally unwell men like this Samurai sword-wielding killer might even go to these lengths of melodramatic violence in order to be referred to as a ‘wife’ in headlines like this, affirming his female identity on a global stage. Because I think it is more than likely a factor in the mix for some of these sick, invariably narcissistic men who commit crimes ‘as women’.
As a final insult and further telling reflection on how low humanity – masculinity in particular – has sunk in the name of ‘trans’, that ‘frenzied’ killing with a Samurai sword made a total mockery of the dignity and honour of that sword and the warrior status of the Samurai soldiers who were qualified to wield it within Japanese culture, a sword and status that demanded a strict code of conduct focused on self-discipline, honour, skill and integrity:
If these men who kill ‘as women’ possessed even one of these admirable qualities, we wouldn’t be in this desperately stupid and corrupt position that we are in today with having to report the crimes of violent, even homicidal, men as being committed by women, or ‘wives’, in all our publicly funded, once reputable, media.
Although with the increasing backlash against trans as we see the truth – limping after the lies that fly ahead of it, though it must – coming out more and more, with cases like this and the ever-mounting number of young detransitioners testifying to how they were betrayed by one or other public health service that actively pushed trans treatments onto them as troubled and UNDERSTANDABLY confused children, even pushing girls to get their breasts removed in the name of trans at the tender ages of 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, etc, and boys into electing to be surgically castrated in the name of trans, journalists who have published trans lies must be getting worried. As the whole of it adds up to a epic scandal that puts even Jimmy Savile’s crimes to shame by the scale and audacity of the harms perpetrated across the world, including murder, child poisoning and mutilation, Olympic Games level cheating, and a concerted and exceptionally well-funded propaganda campaign, all to sell trans as a human rights cause to Western public service professionals. And just about all of them bought the con. Others, of course, never bought into the con but published their click-bait lies anyway.
At some point soon journalists who were fooled and/or cowed by trans lies (and money) for years will have to start to feel the pressure to report the truth and stop pandering to the liars and cheats and start exposing these men as the giant bullies, babies and radical misogynists that they are. But I guess the click bait for this stuff continues to be significant enough to sway these pandering, unprincipled reporters to stick with the sick script for a while longer and take a risk of possible legal charges for intentional misrepresentation of the facts.
Of course, media wife-bashing is at least as old as the male (and lesser female) resistance to the women’s suffrage movement waged for decades some 150 years ago, with media like this circulated all over the West during the decades of intense campaigning that women (with a few male supporters) fought for this most basic right, while men (mostly) fought back, helped by the fact that female reporters were almost unheard of at the time. Damn they must have been gutsy and determined women to fight this level of brazen media misogyny effectively excusing a man punching his wife in the face (while she pulls his hair 🙄) for her anticipated failure to provide his dinner whilst also fighting for and exercising her rights. How men haven’t starved to death in their millions since women got the vote I do not know. It’s a sex-based miracle.
The success of trans is definitely a reflection of Western history, and really the history of all developed societies, being openly and actively man-pandering and anti-women, with their far superior financial wealth going a long way towards helping men sell these lies about male strengths and female weaknesses. And despite most women working in and out of the home these days, men have continued to control most of the world’s wealth, with nine out of 10 billionaires being men. And the male billionaires are much richer on average than their female counterparts – the females being more inclined, like JK, to give their money away.
So I guess the risk for trans-pandering journalists being called out for their brazen misrepresentations of the facts is not huge with Big Trans — as represented by these three US billionaire bull-shitting butchers of young bodies and the sex truth – having extremely deep pockets of money and male privilege, enough to continue to persuade the frontline reporters to keep the trans lies coming. One must presume they don’t care enough about the public’s declining trust in them or doing their actual job. No doubt the same money is used to bribe all the other weak men (and women) politicians, journalists, doctors, academics, celebrities, publishers, sports officials and human rights groups, etc., to continue to promote and sell the main trans lie that it is a rational and progressive cause.
With all these brazen and repeated corruptions, it feels like the final straw sexism for a man who violently kills his male partner to be described as his ‘wife’ by taxpayer-funded media, although men being allowed into breastfeeding groups if they identify as women, and some media even reporting that men’s ‘milk’ can be just as beneficial to babies as women’s milk (but only if the moon is made of cheese).
But I must not go on depressing myself and you! I will leave you with my favourite piece of Terf news for the week, from the miracle for (and of) womankind that keeps on coming true that is JK, and, that other, fairly miraculous Australian Sall…
