Apparently the media aren’t anti-Trump enough for ‘Killary’.

It takes a special kind of chutzpah to get on national TV the day after your supporters have tried to murder your opponent – and frame the victim as the perpetrator. But chutzpah, lies and victim-blaming have been Hillary Clinton’s forte since 1975, when she both married Bill Clinton and put together a case accusing a child rapist’s victim of ‘exaggerat[ing] or romanticiz[ing]’ the experience.

Naturally, then, Clinton is raging at Donald Trump for having the temerity not to get shot by Democrat supporters. Naturally, too, rather than admitting that constantly exhorting your supporters to violence is likely to result in violence, Clinton is accusing the guy her supporters keep trying to kill of being ‘dangerous’.

Even more bizarrely, Clinton is ranting that the mainstream media, which has so far published content 84 per cent biased against the Republican candidate, of being somehow pro-Trump.

She told [Rachel Maddow], “Sadly, the press is still not able to cover Trump the way that they should. They careen from one outrage to the next. What was outrageous three days ago is no longer on the front pages, even though it threatens the physical safety of so many people, particularly, as you point out, immigrants that he and Vance have decided to demonize.”

Clinton continued, “And I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the press to have a consistent narrative about how dangerous Trump is. The late, great journalist Harry Evans one time said that journalists should really try to achieve objectivity. And by that, he said, I mean, they should cover ‘the object.’ Well, the object in this case is Donald Trump, his demagoguery, his danger to our country and the world, and stick with it.”

Such a bizarre reading of ‘objectivity’ could only come from someone so deluded that she thinks the central message of 1984 was ‘trust the government’.

Just to help out, here’s the actual definition of ‘objectivity’:

The fact of being based on facts and not influenced by personal beliefs or feelings.

The original crazy cat lady’s topsy-turvy take on events didn’t end there.
Clinton claimed the media was “merciless” following President Joe Biden’s disastrous performance at his debate with Trump this summer.

Uh… she’s talking about the same media who reported the debate as follows?

Former President Donald J. Trump made wild assertions and false statementsNew York Times.

Biden struggled at times, stumbling over answers with a raspy voice – a campaign aide said he has a cold – NBC.

The winner... was Joe Biden – BBC.

But Clinton was far from done. In the same breath as she repeatedly accused Trump of being a demagogue and a would-be dictator, the losing Democrat candidate demanded jail-time for Trump supporters.

During the interview, Clinton also suggested civilly or criminally charging Trump supporters who posted “propaganda,” claiming there needed to be a “deterrence.”

Because that doesn’t sound like the demented ravings of a dictator at all.

Still, you can’t go around tying every Trump supporter to a tree so they can ‘shoot themselves in the head’, I guess.
