Audio: ACT says hate crime review could be divisive

Justice Minister Andrew Little says he’ll fast-track a review of current laws that could lead to hate speech being made a legal offence. But the leader of the ACT Party says that would be divisive if it meant certain people were deemed more deserving of legal protection than others.
