The danger signs for the Democrats keep piling up. Proclaiming a debate victory solely because their candidate didn’t fall asleep at the podium is hardly a vote of confidence. But worse for the Democrats is the increasingly obvious fact that months of left-wing violence are leaving middle America royally pissed off. The fact that Joe Biden, with a straight face, tried to tell the American people that Antifa doesn’t exist shows how out of touch the Democrats are with the lived reality of Americans who are seeing hundreds of cities put to the torch by black-masked left-wing thugs.
In regional cities across America, ordinary citizens have mobilised against the twin thuggery of BLM/Antifa. Even in Chicago, a former mayor went toe-to-toe with a mob of would-be statue topplers.
But when left-wing goon squads attack a 9/11 memorial, ordinary Americans really get their backs up.
On Sunday, September 27th, Washingtonville, NY, home of the recently vandalized 9/11 memorial, held a massive Back the Blue Rally.
Hundreds of residents and non-residents alike gathered at Vern Allen Park to show their support for our men and women in blue.
Among the attendees were Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus, Mayor Joseph Bucco Sr., Founder of Blue Lives Matter NYC, Joseph Imperatrice, and Fox News Contributor, retired NYPD Lieutenant, Dr. Darrin Porcher.
They make no bones about who they hold responsible.
County Executive Neuhaus spoke to the crowd, calling for accountability across the board, saying:
“What you see in this country right now is very easy to fix – hold these people accountable, both the criminals, which they decriminalized in New York State and other places, and elected officials.”
The ultra-liberal hipsters of New York can hashtag “Defund the Police” all they like, but even in blue-state New York, outside the metropolis pro-police sentiment is running strong.
Washingtonville has long been home to many NYPD and local officers, who laid roots in the Village to raise their families. As you drive through the village, it would be difficult not to notice the numerous blue line flags, pro-police lawn signs and blue ribbons on many of the homes[…]
At the rally, relatives of police officers killed in the line of duty were honored for their loved ones’ sacrifice while protecting the public.
More Back the Blue rallies are planned across America in the lead-up to the election, with the largest so far planned in middle-American heartland, Idaho, in October.
Faced with such an obvious backlash, the Democrats and their media camp-followers resort to their stock-in-trade: lies.
You might have heard the rumors that rock and roll legend Ted Nugent and Congressman Clay Higgins bailed on the largest “back the blue” rally in America.
You might have heard that Law Enforcement Today, Brothers Before Others and Advocacy for LEO “chickened out”.
That couldn’t be further from the truth.
In fact, as soon as the rally was announced, New York city Democrats demanded that it be shut down. Ultimately, governor Andrew Cuomo instructed the state’s health department that, upon entering New York state, Congressman Higgins and Ted Nugent would be either turned back or forced into 14-day quarantine.
It’s obvious that Democrats have realised that law and order is the key issue of this election – and that they’ve got the wrong end of the stick.
