The little corona characters featured in a number of my images over the year including this one which speculated in June as to what was happening inside the quarantine facilities.
The amusement park imagery was made from online screenshots of transport tycoon with the Auckland Skytower in the background.
And it also provided some of the source material for this satirical image which was widely shared on social media.
