He thinks we’re supposed to tolerate nearly 1.5 million illegal aliens crossing our border. That’s not a “closed border.”

There are reports that Joe Biden is about to issue an executive order to close the southern border when illegal crossings are exceeding 4,000 a day.

Biden’s handlers obviously understand how badly the immigration issue is hurting him, and they’re desperate to show some “action.” But this plan is total baloney.

For starters, 4,000 crossings a day are still 1,460,000 illegal aliens entering our country a year. So, Biden thinks we’re supposed to tolerate nearly 1.5 million illegal aliens crossing our border. That’s not a “closed border.”

More importantly, Biden has repeatedly said that he has no such power. Biden insisted “I’ve done all I can do,” and that he can’t act without more authority from Congress. But if he does have the authority to close the border, why didn’t he do it in the last three years? We all know the answer.

No one should be fooled by this pathetic excuse for a “border security policy.” It legitimizes more than a million and a half illegal border crossings a year!

By the way, any time Donald Trump talked about closing the border, he was called a racist and a xenophobe.

They’re Baaack!

Just when they seemed to be going away, the pro-Hamas campus riots are back. Terrorist sympathizing students stormed the campuses of Berkeley and the University of California Irvine Wednesday.

Rampaging Palestinian activists recently occupied the library at Portland State University and trashed it. Officials estimate the damage could total $1 million.

I haven’t heard anyone suggest that these thugs are “book burners.” If you object to a book teaching young kids about sodomy, you’re a “book burner.” But if you trash a university library in defence of terrorists, well, that’s free speech.

Beijing’s Influence

A disturbing new report has identified one of the major influences behind these pro-Hamas riots. Shut It Down For Palestine (SID4P) is an umbrella organization that has organized major protests against Israel. It works with a coalition of Islamist and Marxist organizations.

Several of these groups are bankrolled by the Singham Network, led by Neville Roy Singham and his wife, Jodie Evans, a co-founder of CODEPINK. Singham is an avowed socialist and an ardent supporter of communist China. In fact, he lives in Shanghai.

Here’s how the far-left New York Times describes Singham:

“Mr. Singham works closely with the Chinese government media machine and is financing its propaganda worldwide… He and his allies are on the front line of what Communist Party officials call a ‘smokeless war’ …
“The goal is to disguise propaganda as independent content… The result is a seemingly organic bloom of far-left groups that echo Chinese government talking points, echo one another, and are echoed in turn by the Chinese state media…
“Indeed, his associates say Mr. Singham has long admired Maoism, the Communist ideology that gave rise to modern China. He praised Venezuela under the leftist president Hugo Chavez… And a decade before moving to China, he said the world could learn from its governing approach.”

That explains why this so-called “Palestinian movement” isn’t just anti-Israel. It is also anti-American and anti-capitalism. They label America and Israel as genocidal and racist, repeating the narrative that communist China is deploying all over the Third World.

For all of the left’s hyperventilating about Russia’s alleged meddling in our elections, this is a very real example of direct foreign interference in the American political system in a way that is massively benefiting Joe Biden and the radical left.

Hate In The Big Apple

A new play just opened in New York City. It’s called October 7: In Their Own Words. The production is based on interviews with survivors of the October 7th massacre in Israel.

While the play uses actors, all the dialogue comes entirely from the survivors’ testimony of what was done to them and what they saw done to others on that horrific day.

These eyewitness accounts tell the truth about the atrocities of Hamas. And for that, the theatre requires 24-hour police protection in New York City in 2024 — the city with the largest population of Jews outside of Israel.

Shouldn’t that warrant statements from the president and vice president? They are always denouncing the threats from non-existent “MAGA haters.” But they seem to lose their voices when it comes to actual Jew-haters.

When Christians protest against offensive displays that mock Christianity, like a crucifix submerged in a vat of urine, we are called “barbarians” who don’t understand what art and America are all about.

But I haven’t heard a word from Mayor Adams about the threats against this play. I haven’t heard a word from Gov. Hochul or Sen. Schumer. There have been no lectures from celebrities or the “creative community” defending free speech and the arts.

The Intolerant Left

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker is not shy about sharing his faith. He’s very outspoken about his pro-life, pro-family views, which stem from his strong Catholic beliefs.

That’s why he was asked to give the commencement address at a Catholic university, and his speech featured a very traditional Christian message. He also didn’t hesitate to give the radical left a few good kicks.

Butker talked about how God created men and women differently and how they have different roles in His creation. He was critical of Joe Biden, a professed Catholic, making the sign of the cross at a pro-abortion rally.

Butker also reminded his audience that pride is a deadly sin, yet there is an entire month dedicated to celebrating “gay pride.”

In short, a Catholic speaker at a Catholic university gave a very Catholic speech, and everyone loved it. Everyone except the NFL.

The NFL’s chief diversity and inclusion officer issued a statement stressing that Butker was not representing the views of the NFL. Apparently, the NFL’s commitment to inclusion doesn’t include conservative Christians.

Nobody assumed Butker was speaking on behalf of the NFL. He wasn’t wearing his Chiefs uniform, and he wasn’t speaking at an NFL event. So, why was the NFL so anxious to disavow his views?

It’s very telling, and it shows how committed the left is. Once it captures an institution, like the NFL, that institution is made to hate the values of millions of Americans.

The NFL doesn’t care what you think about “Pride Night.” You’re one of those disgusting “deplorables,” and they’re going to ram it in your face no matter how much you’re offended by it.

Remember Colin Kaepernick? He didn’t express his radical far-left views to just anti-American groups in his private time. He expressed his views on NFL playing fields in front of thousands of fans and millions of viewers at home.

The NFL never denounced Kaepernick for his anti-Americanism. No, he had a right to free speech.

Every day, we are reminded of the double standards that we’re just supposed to tolerate in the intolerant left’s new America.

Trump’s Trials

Michael Cohen, a convicted perjurer, is making headlines for his testimony this week in Donald Trump’s Manhattan trial. I hope most Americans also hear what Cohen’s former lawyer, Robert Costello, has to say.

Costello testified Wednesday before the House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government about the abuse of our legal system. He also talked about the advice he gave Cohen when federal prosecutors went after him in 2018.

Costello told Cohen that he could get him “out of his legal troubles by the end of the week” if he had reliable information against Trump. Cohen replied, “I swear, Bob, I don’t have anything on Donald Trump.”

Cohen also made it clear that the whole payment scheme for which Trump is now on trial was “his [Cohen’s] own idea.”
