Bob Carr Chooses Evil Again

When people tell us who they really are, believe them.

The smirking, reptilian, face of evil. The Good Oil. Photoshop by Lushington Brady.

If there’s been one silver lining to, first, the Covid pandemic, and now the Gaza war, it’s that both emboldened a great many people to tell us exactly who they are. Suffice to say, who they are is not something they ought to be proud of.

If you were happy telling the world that you were gleefully prepared to snitch on your neighbours and cheerfully obey a brutal and pointless government clampdown on essential rights, that’s not something to be proud of. If you react to the worst slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust, the unprovoked mass-murder and torture of whole families, the mass-rape of women and the taking of thousands of hostages, by siding with the perpetrators and vilifying the victims, that’s not something to be proud of, either.

But at least you’ve done the rest of us the small favour of letting us know exactly who and what you are.

Over to you, Bob Carr.

Former Labor foreign minister Bob Carr has compared Israel’s behaviour in the Gaza Strip to the worst war crimes of the last century, namechecking Stalin’s treatment of Ukraine, Mao Zedong’s Great Leap Forward, and the Nazis’ treatment of the Warsaw Ghetto.

Remember that Carr is a relentless spruiker for the communist dictatorship in Beijing.

But this shameless quisling wants us to believe that a war sparked by a terrorist attack of mediaeval brutality – a war where fewer than 50,000 people have been killed, more than half of them terrorist fighters – is on a par with:

• The Holodomor: five to seven million deaths.
• The Great Leap Forward: 45 million deaths.
• Warsaw Ghetto: half a million deaths.

The man is not just evil: he’s clearly colossally and innumerately stupid.

So stupid that he still insists on pushing a ‘pro-Palestine’ policy that ‘Palestinian’ Arabs have violently rejected for nearly a century.

Mr Carr accused Israel of having “dropped any pretence” of commitment to a two-state solution in the former Palestinian mandate and that Australia could apply diplomatic pressure by using the “tool we’ve got in recognition”.

“There’s another reason why it’s appropriate for us to follow the French example and behave and to give extra weighting to recognition, the tool we’ve got in recognition, and that is to salvage a two-state solution.”

Well, Carr is certainly following the French example: surrendering to the slime of humanity and selling out the Jews.

‘Palestinian’ Arabs were offered a two-state solution, far more generous than anything on offer today, by the United Nations in 1947. Despite its huge disadvantages to the new Israeli state, Jews accepted it. Arabs violently rejected it. Instead, they chose to try and wipe Israel off the map. They’ve tried again, repeatedly, in the 80 years since. Most brutally on October 7.

And Carr still thinks this is the solution?

This goes beyond ideological delusion into the deepest depths of utter evil.

Speaking of which:

Pro-Palestine protesters will march across Sydney Harbour Bridge for the first time in nearly two years of rallies, setting the stage for a potential confrontation with police.

Will they be chanting “Gas the Jews”, this time?

When people show you who they are, believe them.
