A quarter-century ago, now, Sydney was terrorised by a series of brutal gang rapes. All were carried out by the same group, using mobile phones to co-ordinate their brutality. The rapists were explicitly racist in their motivation.
Yet, the media tried to play it all down. Why? For the same reason the media are still trying to play down the horror of Britain’s so-called ‘grooming gangs’ (call them what they are: Muslim child-rape gangs).
Because the media-political class are in thrall to the lies of ‘Multiculturalism’.
The same lies which have led to yet more Muslim child-rape gangs.
Two men accused of gang raping a teenage girl for hours in a vehicle remained expressionless while they were denied bail for being deemed a danger to the community.
To their credit, the Guardian names at least one of the monsters. And the name is a dead giveaway.
Adam Abdul-Hamid, 19, and an 18-year-old male who cannot be legally named are among four youths accused of the six-hour-long sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl at multiple Sydney locations in December 2024.
So, it’s another Muslim child-rape gang, then. They’re even using the same strategy: one targets a girl and pressures her into an isolated situation, whereupon the rest swarm.
Police allege the girl was initially approached by a 16-year-old boy, unknown to her, at a shopping centre in Liverpool on a Sunday evening.
The boy allegedly asked to be driven to a park at a nearby suburb, which the victim agreed to, on the understanding he would get out of the car.
At the park, two other males got into the car and allegedly also sexually assaulted her.
A fourth male arrived in another car and the assaults continued as the girl was driven around for six hours, investigators allege.
NSW Police Sex Crimes Squad Detective Superintendent Jayne Doherty said on Wednesday that the 16-year-old video called friends while he was allegedly raping the girl in her car, and police allege they shared snippets of the alleged attack.
“The four of them [allegedly] acted together, creating fear on the victim, degrading her, whilst the others offended against her, and at times, there was more than one person offending against this poor young girl,” she said.
“It beggars belief that in this day and age men would think to act this way towards a girl […] there is no culture or ethnicity that would ever condone actions like this.”
Wanna make a bet? Someone hasn’t been paying attention to what certain ‘multicultural’ communities don’t see a problem with such appalling behaviour.
Here’s what the other media are trying to downplay, though: the clear cultural expectation that the rapists did nothing wrong.
Adam Abdul-Hamid, 19, was arrested at his family home in Heckenberg on Tuesday, and police video shows his family abusing officers and saying in Arabic: “Shut your mouth, don’t say a word.”
Their victims are in no uncertain mind as to what should happen to them.
