Remember when our screens were awash with media smug as one campaign after another accused President Donald Trump of gross misconduct?
Have the Democrats run out of ideas of late, or are they currently preoccupied with Sleepy Joe’s election campaign?
Trump was targeted before his bum even hit the Presidential chair in the Oval Office. There are more, but these nefarious claims spring to mind: Trump’s collusion with the Russians and/or the Ukrainians, his meddling in election results, financial manipulation, allegations of sexual misconduct, not paying his fair share of taxes, violating the American constitution and mishandling the COVID pandemic. The US legal system thrives on lawsuits and dozens have been brought against Donald Trump during his term in office.
In the lull before the storm of US elections next month, unsurprisingly we are not up to speed here because our media only present Trump as a corrupt bumbling idiot. It’s called left-leaning bias and our media take their lead from the American left-leaning media who refuse to shine a light on the corruption displayed in the Clinton/Democrat camp.
The first bombshell this week:
“A former Department of Justice official who was criticized by the agency for concealing his discussions with former UK spy Christopher Steele during the investigation into 2016 Russian election interference resigned last month, according to a spokesperson.”
The former employee is Bruce Ohr who resigned from the Department of Justice last month.

“Ohr had served as an intermediary between Steele and the FBI team that investigated President Donald Trump’s campaign in 2016. Steele wrote an infamous dossier that likely played a role in the opening of an investigation into Trump’s campaign, codenamed Crossfire Hurricane. Years later, former special counsel Robert Mueller concluded there was no evidence of collusion between Moscow and the Trump campaign.”
You might remember the months of hoo-ha where our media gleefully held up the Steele dossier as evidence of Trump corruption, glossing over the fact that political research into Trump’s alleged Russia collusion was funded by Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee. A failed political stitch-up.
Foreign interference in the US 2016 elections is indisputable and our media should think again when they slate Trump for raising concerns about interference in 2020 because he has good reason for concern.
The second juicy piece of news this week relates to Joe Biden’s son Hunter and is a direct result of Trump’s promise to “drain the swamp.”
“The FBI obtained a laptop computer and a hard drive that had emails addressed to Hunter Biden and photographs of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son, according to a subpoena and other documents published on Wednesday by the New York Post.”
Hunter Biden was “the Obama administration’s point man on Ukraine, which he confirmed in detail during a talk in 2018.”
“Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh said the new documents show Biden lied when saying he never discussed Hunter Biden’s business deals.”
Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani says the full extent of the relationship between Joe Biden and the Ukrainian government will be revealed for all to see when the documentation from Hunter’s computer is released. Don’t hold your breath expecting to hear it from our anti-Trump NZ media though.
“There’s so much evidence against Joe Biden that it is a national scandal that this wasn’t covered years ago,” Giuliani said on Wednesday.”
Sleepy Joe will be hunkering down in his cellar while the Dems, CNN and MSNBC run damage control (expect to see that coverage here). If Biden’s rambling allows him one coherent thought, it will be the hope that this will blow over before next month. It won’t, Trump’s timing is impeccable.
“Emails published by the Post included messages from Vadym Pozharskyi, at the time an adviser to the board of Burisma Holdings, the Ukranian-based energy company that paid Hunter Biden to sit on its board while his father was vice president of the United States.
“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent some together [sic],” a message purportedly from Pozharskyi read. Pozharskyi didn’t respond to a request for comment.”
