As Robert Bolt wrote, in A Man for All Seasons, when fanatically zealous inquisitors tear down all the rules to get even with the devil, they leave themselves dangerously exposed. “When the last law was down, and the Devil turned ‘round on you, where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat?”
Feminists and leftists ought really to have thought about that, when they zealously tore down all the laws of gender. Because, having cut down all the laws, a great wind of transgenderism is blowing up on them — and they’re finding themselves with nowhere to shelter.
The latest, and most hilarious, example comes from Florida (as might be expected), and a women-in-tech jobs fair.
A tech conference celebrating women and non-binary people in computer science sparked a backlash after people said it was dominated by men.

Excuse me, bigot? They were not men, they were non-binary. That’s how they identified, and if that’s how someone identifies, it’s not up to you to deny their existence.
Those are the rules. You made the rules, not us.
The hate speech from the media against these brave, non-binary people challenging cis-normative oppression is truly alarming. Where’s Shaneel Lal when you need them?
A tech conference meant to be the largest gathering of female technologists faced backlash when biological men identifying as “nonbinary” were seen attending the event.
How dare they use the exclusionary phrase, “biological men”! If they say they are nonbinary, then they are.
“This is a space for women and tech. It’s one of those few limited resources that isn’t for you. It’s for us,” a frustrated female conference attendee complained on social media.
If they say they are women, they are women. How many times has that been made absolutely clear to us? Are they saying that women can’t have penises and beards, now?
AnitaB’s Chief Impact Officer Cullen White, whose LinkedIn pronouns identify as “He/Him,” raged from onstage at the conference about the audacity of “cisgender men” attending the conference.
Naturally, the nonbinary attendees rightfully called out this hateful bigotry.
One social media user responded to his organization’s post, “Hey, Cullen White: You couldn’t find a woman to address this issue on stage?”
“Imagine a cis white male telling non-binary people they aren’t non-binary. Bigot,” another person wrote on social media.
“Why is the cis man mansplaining to the cisman about a cis women’s problem?” another commenter said.

The hateful heteronormativity from these privileged cisgenders doesn’t stop there.
On TikTok, attendees said men shoved women out of the way and cut lines to submit resumes to the big tech companies that attended the job fair.
They were just being no-nonsense girl-boss slay-queens, excuse me. Remember the feminist campaign to ban “bossy”? Now these cis women are doing it to non-binaries. What bigots.
The event markets itself on its website as the “world’s largest gathering of women and non-binary technologists,” and tickets set back attendees around $1,300.

Well, they wanted non-binary technologists, and they got them. What are they whining about?
They cut down all the rules on gender. They can’t complain when the devil turns on them.
