Today’s face of the day Sir Peter Snell passed away on Saturday.

A few years back when our son, Michael, was needing accommodation in Dallas for a triathlon Sir Peter and his lovely wife Miki hosted him for the weekend […]. It was a beautiful experience he will never forget. Not only was Sir Peter a great athlete – he was a great man!
Last year Karen and I had the privilege of meeting with them in Auckland and on November 25th this year we heard from Sir Peter that he and Miki were happy to be patrons of our project to get more young NZers into US Colleges through their sporting/academic abilities.
NZ has lost a mountain.
