Kate Nash has said she will make money with her “bum” by putting images on OnlyFans.
The British singer warned that live music is becoming increasingly financially unsustainable and has devised a novel solution to fund her tours.
Nash, 37, has opened an account on the online subscription service OnlyFans, which has been used to monetise explicit content.
The performer, who rose to fame with her 2007 song Foundations, said the money generated by posting images of a “bum” will fund her tours.
She told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: “It’s very funny, I think it is also fun to do, and my industry is completely broken. I don’t think it’s sustainable, and I think it’s a complete failure. I think it will collapse as well.”
