There was a brilliantly Kiwi moment during the Canadian Open presentation on Monday as Ryan Fox’s daughters used a nearby bunker as a sandpit.
The New Zealander, who won the prestigious PGA Tour event on the fourth playoff hole, was midway through a speech at the post-tournament presentation when he paused and apologised to the groundstaff for his daughters, Isabol and Margot, who were more interested in playing in the sand than listening to their dad speak.
The hilarious moment drew much laughter from the crowd.
