The internet entrepreneur posted on the X social media platform to say he’s making “good progress” in his recovery, and can now “walk a bit” after being confined to a wheelchair.
“I use the toilet and the shower again,” he said in the Saturday post.
“My speech is still impaired and my memory loss is concerning.”

Minister of Justice Paul Goldsmith signed an order in 2024 to send Dotcom to the US to face trial after the country failed to extradite him. [...]
Goldsmith told Stuff that he had received extensive advice from the Ministry of Justice about Dotcom’s extradition at the time in August 2024.
“I considered all of the information carefully, and have decided that Mr Dotcom should be surrendered to the US to face trial,” he said.
