High profile media personality Duncan Garner is facing a charge of driving with a suspended licence.
Court documents seen by Stuff allege Garner drove a motor vehicle on a central Auckland road on March 10 while his licence was suspended.
Garner, who currently hosts his own podcast, Duncan Garner: Editor in Chief, was a political editor for Newshub before moving to host The AM Show.
Garner was set to appear in court on Tuesday, however he is now due to appear next month. Garner has been contacted for comment, and Stuff has also contacted a lawyer acting for him.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of three months’ imprisonment or a fine of $4500.
