A 13-year-old reported one of the more interesting political lines of the week, when he asked Opportunity’s deputy leader who he would vote for if he couldn’t vote for his own party at this election.
Patrick Hammond from Auckland was interviewing Opportunity’s Daniel Eb for Kea Kids News, the independent newsroom where young reporters interview people and cover issues for other kids.
Patrick’s question was clear and concise: “If you couldn’t vote for the Opportunity Party, who would you vote for?”
Eb told the Rosmini College student: “Ooh, that’s a really tricky question,” Eb replied. “Maybe the National Party.”
