Former Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke has died.
The former PM died at his Sydney home on Thursday, aged 89, just two days before Australia’s federal election.
Hawke served as PM from from 11 March 1983 to 20 December 1991. With Hawke in charge, Labor won four consecutive elections.
