Original oil-painting on linen, 300mm x 400mm (unframed).
This is a portrait of current Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern by emerging and award-winning artist Victoria Miles.
I started this painting during New Zealand’s covid-19 lockdown, inspired by the positive national & international response to Jacinda Ardern’s leadership of the country through the pandemic, and I’ve finished the painting now as the election is winding up.
I will donate 25% of the proceeds of the auction to Forest and Bird, New Zealand’s independent conservation organisation that do amazing work to protect our beautiful country https://www.forestandbird.org.nz/
