Face of the Day is accused granny killer Terrance Lowe Kiro.
The man accused of killing Kaikohe grandmother Linda Woods has pleaded not guilty to her manslaughter and can now be named.
Terrance Lowe Kiro, 52, appeared in Whangarei High Court today.
He has been charged with manslaughter, burglary and aggravated assault.
He did not seek further name suppression.
Kiro has been remanded in custody until his trial which is due to begin on 9 June, 2025.
Woods, 71, died earlier this month after being injured during a struggle when a person broke into her Taraire Street property.
