There is no more corrosive force in Western liberal democracy than middle-aged, middle-class, university educated white women. While too many people of all kinds in the West are addicted to pathological altruism, these women have it in spades. These ‘HR Karens’ are the type of tilty-headed busybodies you’ll find foisting ‘inclusive’ policies in workplaces, plastering their social media feeds with their smug, fatuous smirks as they hold up ‘refugees welcome’ signs. The sort of left-wing women who march to ‘Reclaim the Night’, but cheer on Islamic troglodytes who mass-rape Jewish women.
And they just love trannies.
Australian Sex Discrimination Commissioner Anna Cody recently told a Senate estimates committee she didn’t understand the term biological men.
Why is someone who doesn’t know that a woman is an adult female human and a man is an adult male human employed as the Sex Discrimination Commissioner? And, in that role, why would Cody choose to embrace a gender identity ideology that harms women?
Because she’s the sort of virtue-signalling-addicted middle-aged, middle-class, university educated white woman who’ll tilt her head and simper as millions of Third World men who think any unaccompanied woman in public is fair game for rape floods into her country. The sort of over-educated airhead who prattles about ‘kindness’ as she shills for the most brutal scum of the Earth imaginable.
To be fair, though, this is almost certainly not what was on her mind when she answered was that ‘biological men’ men is grating tautology. ‘Biological men’ is as stupidly tautologous as ‘canine dog’, ‘botanical flower’, or ‘metallic iron’. I refuse to use such a nonsensical, loaded term, with the same loathing as I join Lionel Shriver in refusing to use the ugly, nonsensical bullshit of ‘cis’.
I very much doubt, though, that Cody is thinking even that deeply about the matter. Almost certainly, she was mentally parroting the ridiculous, easily-debunked claim that ‘sex and gender are different things’. Which is another reason to refuse to use loaded terms like ‘biological men’: doing so is ceding the first ground to the enemies of reality.
People like Anna Cody, who spout verbose nonsense like this:
But then, in a response to a query about what is a woman, she replies: “There is a great diversity in who we are as women. That includes culturally, racially marginalised women; First Nations women; women with disability; lesbians; trans women; non-binary. There are a range of people who identify as women who are women.”
You have to belong to the ‘intelligentsia’, as Orwell said, to believe something as stupid as that.
Using junk science that claims there are more than two sexes – that sex is a spectrum, that a person can change sex and that children can be born in the wrong body – Cody declares there are no clear criteria to distinguish a female from a male.
The cock and balls are usually the first giveaway.
These are the sex-determined characteristics such as womb, vagina and ovaries, found only in women, and penis, testicles and semen found only in men. Rare cases of children born with ambiguous sex characteristics do not alter the biological meaning of female/woman, male/man.
What hope is there, for fighting back against this nonsense, when even people who oppose it, enable it?
Cody betrays everything my generation of feminists stood for.
Does she, though? It was her generation of feminists who joined the paedophiles John Money and Michel Foucault in promulgating ‘gender theory’ in the first place. Feminists like Gayle Rubin and Judity Butler. The same feminists who simpered and tilted their little heads as they voted for same-sex marriage, the step on the slippery slope that led us here.
Problems really began for women when self-identified gender identity – at odds with immutable sex – was made law. Tasmania was the first state to legislate it in 2019 and this year NSW was the last Australian state to give an individual the legal right to change their sex on their birth certificate without any medical assessment and report.
Now it is a simple process for anyone to change their legal sex. For example, in Victoria, all a man needs to do to change the record of sex on his birth certificate is to submit a statutory declaration that he identifies as a woman and a supporting statement from another person who has known him for at least 12 months.
And this was only made possible by same-sex marriage. To pass it, every state had to re-write their Births, Deaths and Marriages laws, which the trans lobby latched onto to demand Self-ID. Well done at punching yourselves in the faces, ladies.
Even before that, feminists swooned and cackled at their golden idol, the Red Ferret, Julia Gillard. Leaving aside the irony that Gillard is most remembered for screeching about ‘misogyny’ in a speech whose only aim was to protect a grotesque misogynist sex pest who was politically crucial to maintaning Gillard’s grip on minority government, there was this:
All of this has been made possible because in 2013 prime minister Julia Gillard had the biological definitions of women meaning “a member of the female sex” and men “a member of the male sex” removed from the Australian Sex Discrimination Act.
Well, ladies, you voted for her, and you still uphold her as your great feminist icon.
Well done at punching yourselves in the faces, again.
