Tomato Boy aka Eli Rubashkyn aka Eliana Golberstein is the man who assaulted Posie Parker in a disgraceful attack against free speech at Albert Park and now the poor petal is upset because he has lost his job as a result of his assault and is appealing his conviction.
Ridiculously, his lawyer is claiming the judge erred in the sentencing and his job was lost as a result.
At what point do the people in charge get to find out that no one is above the law?
