Hanson Lays Down Her Plans for the Law

Whenever voters call for remigration of the Third World grifters who’ve flooded the West, or even just to deport illegal immigrants or block ISIS members from returning, the boiler-plate establishment response is, ‘But you can’t do that! What about their human rights?’ To which the only worthwhile response is Dirty Harry Callahan’s: “Well, I’m all broken up about that man’s rights.”

As Callahan goes on to ask, what about the victim’s rights? “I mean, she’s raped and left in a hole to die. Who speaks for her?” “Her”, in this case, is not just the hundreds of thousands of women and girls raped by gangs of Muslims and Africans, but the entirety of Western civilisation. Our civilisation is being raped and left in a hole to die, while its supposed guardians wring their hands about the ‘rights’ of the invaders, rapists and killers.

In response to the ‘but you can’t do that!’ whining, Restore Britain’s Rupert Lowe has a blunt answer: Watch me. Restore Britain have put out a detailed action plan of exactly how they’ll enact mass deportations, including the legal changes they’ll make to circumvent the hand-wringers and ambulance-chasers who are more concerned about the precious ‘rights’ of foreign rapists and murderers than they are about the safety of their own women and children.

Similarly, Singapore and El Salvador put the lie to ‘you can’t do that!’ by going right ahead and doing it – whether it’s detaining would-be terrorists indefinitely, or jailing violent gangs en masse.

In Australia, Pauline Hanson’s One Nation party have just released a similar manifesto.

One Nation will push a new bill in parliament aimed at preventing any Australians with links to terror organisations from re-entering the country.

Party leader Pauline Hanson has dubbed the 22-page Protecting Australians from Foreign Terrorist Fighters Bill her party’s most detailed policy since the terror attack at Bondi Beach on December 14, 2025.

The bill and a 17-page explanation was sent to crossbenchers by Hanson on Wednesday, the Australian reported.

Hanson said her bill is in response to ‘the Home Affairs Minister (Tony Burke) saying existing law may require him to permit’ the return of ISIS fighters, including one who was previously believed dead.

As Hanson says, “That’s not good enough.” It’s gutless, weak and too-obviously pandering to the worst people, simply because the Albanese government desperately needs their votes. If the law prevents protecting Australians, “parliament must change the law”.

It’s as simple as that. It’s not that the government can’t make these changes, it’s that they won’t. There’s nothing stopping them except the will to do it.

A lack of will that spreads across both heads of the uniparty.

Hanson also sent the bill to opposition leader Angus Taylor last Thursday, but he hadn’t responded by late Wednesday.

Because he hasn’t the guts to do so.

Hanson's bill would create an exclusion order for foreign terror fighters, toughen bail for terror offences, stop the automatic issuing of return permits while Australian courts consider terror crimes, and criminalise aiding in an illegal return.

The bill would essentially make it ‘court proof’ to ban an Australian who participated in terror cells overseas from returning to Australia.

The One Nation manifesto goes even further than blocking ISIS fighters and all of its proposals will be music to Australian voters’ ears.

The bill would also not consider ‘childcare, family circumstances, accommodation or electronic monitoring’ efficient reason for accepting bail.

In a tour-de-force extended interview on News24 (formerly Sky News Australia), Hanson not only showed her newfound mastery in handling the press, but laid out an agenda that will surely have many Australians cheering, Onya, Pauline!

While Senator Hanson acknowledged her becoming prime minister was a “big if”, she said “there wouldn’t be three flags” if she was in office.

The One Nation Leader said the government “has been wasting and spending too much money which created the inflation” and called Labor’s immigration policy a “scam”.

“They brought in people that are no benefit to this country,” Senator Hanson said.

“We don’t need any more nail technicians, masseuse, Uber drivers, all this. We don’t need that.”

“We can be selective in who we bring in people who are going to help us build our nation with productivity, not drag us down and our welfare system.”

Hanson also outlined a plan to extend the Healthcare Card, which allows comprehensive benefits to elderly Australians to self-funded retirees. Suddenly, the same legacy media who’ve cheered on ‘free’ childcare, ‘free’ healthcare, ‘free’ TAFE, ‘free’ kindergarten, suddenly remembered that ‘free stuff from the government’ actually comes at the taxpayer’s expense. In the case of the Healthcare Card policy, they’re suddenly clutching their pearls that it will cost ‘millions’.

But that is basically a single week’s kickbacks to corrupt union officials and dodgy Muslim ‘NDIS providers’.

Frankly, the only fly in the ointment of Hanson’s manifesto is that it doesn’t go anywhere near hard enough on immigration. Cutting annual immigration to 130,000? How about a moratorium cutting it to nothing, for at least five years? Coupled with a comprehensive remigration policy.

Then we might begin to recover from the damage inflicted by decades of uncontrolled mass migration.
