What is Your Conscience Telling You?
This is a time for reflection and responsibility. What follows is a straightforward reality check. With their consent, I am sharing stories that reveal the struggles of many Kiwis who trusted the COVID mRNA vaccine, only to face life-altering challenges. These personal accounts highlight issues within our health system that demand urgent attention and action.
(The people in the videos that follow have given me permission to publish their stories)
It is Time to Open Our Eyes
To begin, let me introduce Danielle, a music teacher, singer, and church organist, who courageously shares her journey. In one video, she attempts a simple task: holding a bottle of water with an outstretched arm for one minute. Her determination is humbling, and her story is one of many that call for our collective acknowledgement and support.
Danielle’s story will appear later in this report. People are doing what they can to help, but her case highlights a troubling reality — a health system and health professionals unwilling to recognise or address what is unfolding. The ACC, for example, appears to be doing all that it can to deny these people the assistance they so desperately need.
Here is another of the many causalities — Jess, recovering from encephalitis, several months post-mRNA vaccine:
Health Professionals: A Call to Responsibility
This message is directed at doctors, nurses, paramedics, and specialists across the country. The time for dismissing these stories is over. It is time to confront the truth, acknowledge the mistakes, and take the steps needed to restore trust.
We all make errors. What matters is our willingness to admit them, apologise, and work to make things right. For those harmed, time is of the essence. Immediate and decisive action is required to ensure they receive the care, acknowledgement, and support they need.
Stop Dismissing and Gaslighting Patients
Dismissing patients’ concerns as ‘imagined’ or psychological issues is not only deeply hurtful but also an abandonment of the trust placed in you as health professionals. This is a moment to listen, acknowledge the suffering, and act with compassion and integrity. Organisations like the ACC and other support systems must also step up, ensuring victims receive the help they deserve.
The Tide Is Turning
Across the Tasman, a recent court ruling in Brisbane marks a significant shift. It demonstrates the growing acknowledgement of these issues and reaffirms the right of health professionals to speak openly without fear of professional retaliation. You are once again free to speak the truth.
More doctors must find the strength to speak out, especially at a time when many have been silenced. Dr. Bay’s actions demonstrate the vital role of freedom of speech in upholding truth and integrity. His self representation and eventual win against bureaucratic and ministerial failures challenged state governments in Australia — and by extension, New Zealand — to work openly and fairly.
Find the Courage to Speak Out
To my colleagues in health: This is a call to courage and accountability. We need to return to the core values of our profession – truth, compassion, and the unwavering commitment to “do no harm”. Now is the time to rebuild trust, both with the public and within our own ranks.
Moving Forward
The evidence of harm is mounting, and alongside the data, there are real human stories that cannot be ignored. As health professionals, we have a duty to make sure that no more harm happens. We should stop using vaccines based on mRNA for now until we do thorough safety tests, proving these to be not only effective, but also safe.
Danelle’s story was recorded during the Safe and Effective Roadshow.
Barry Duffield’s health issues and story:
Here is Marilyn’s story from my presentation to the Safe and Effective Roadshow:
Marilyn is my youngest son’s GF. She has been rushed to the hospital many times, suffering from heart problems. A few months ago, he thought she was dead. The doctor says she is suffering from vaccine anxiety and needs to see a psychiatrist. For me, this is too close to home.
Admitting mistakes is difficult, but it is also the first step toward making amends. Acknowledging what went wrong, apologising, and committing to change will demonstrate integrity and leadership.

What follows are some of the slides from my presentation for the Safe and Effective Roadshow.
You can purchase all of the roadshow’s recordings here for only $60. The roadshow was a non-profit event in which all of the participants donated their time. Please show your support for the organisers by buying the videos, as they personally financed this roadshow at a significant expense.

Houston, we have a problem!
According to Accident Theory, hundreds of thousands of Kiwis have undoubtedly been harmed. Most do not know it, and things are only getting worse.

As the years pass by, people’s immune systems are tiring, and previously dormant health issues, including heart, cancer, and neurological disorders, are bursting into overwhelming wildfires.
It is time for us to have an honest, factual discussion.
Kiwis Value Accountability
New Zealanders are compassionate and understanding, but trust must be earned. By addressing these issues head-on and prioritising patient welfare, the medical community can begin to heal divisions and rebuild trust that has been damaged.
As the well-known saying goes, “It is the putting right that counts.” Let us begin that work today, together.
