Might be some diplomatic fisticuffs there.
One must remember that the world needs some ten to sixteen billion vaccinations to cover all those who want to be vaccinated or are within a two day walk of a -70 Celsius fridge/freezer. I hope Jacinda has her vaccination orders sorted with hard cash because they are starting to use their elbows out there, as the world realises this could go on for years and starts to panic and squabble over the crates of vials.
