I spent 3 days preparing a “speech”. Papers full of notes that I was using to try and put something together. In the end, I decided to ditch everything I wrote and just speak from the heart. Nothing was rehearsed or practised which is why I do repeat myself at times but everything is straight off the top of my head from stories and information I have gathered over time.
