Following the July election, it hasn’t taken long for buyers’ remorse to happen.
The last week has seen the country slide into nationwide demonstrations/riots against Muslims, immigration and two-tier policing.
In press conferences, Keir Starmer has constantly referred to the far-right and it is clear that this is now Labour Party code for the white working class.
Two-tier policing is evident in the response to the ethnic riots in Leeds, involving thousands of demonstrators where 17 arrests were made, and the ‘far-right’ demonstration outside Downing Street, comprising a few hundred demonstrators, which resulted in over a hundred arrests.
The police in Leeds wore normal light gear; the London police wore riot gear and full body armour.
Labour have started a class war – against the working class.
In Belfast, pro-immigration supporters held a rally, but there was a counter rally against immigration. It was very much along class lines, with the middle class being pro-immigration and the anti-immigration being working class. These are the people whose communities have been disrupted by immigration, whose low paid jobs are under threat and who are feeling the adverse economic effects of immigration. What is astounding is the anti-immigration supporters from Dublin who appeared in the protest and, unbelievably, the Irish tricolour was seen flying side by side with the Union Flag!
Demonstration in Belfast.
So, this is now developing along class lines, not historical lines.
In other demonstrations there have been Welsh flags and the Scottish Saltire. Starmer is managing to reduce sectarianism in Ireland and unite the UK!
Protests took place today outside the Holiday Inn Wath on Dearne, Rotherham. This allegedly was housing asylum seekers and is in the ex coal-mining triangle of Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham, a tough area severely affected by Pakistani grooming gangs and neglect by the governing elite.
Holiday Inn, Wath on Dearne, Rotherham.
Riot at Holiday Inn.
The MSM in reporting this have failed to mention the 1,400 children who suffered from the child grooming scandal in Rotherham, caused by gangs led by foreigners and people of Pakistani heritage. It is no wonder that residents of Rotherham don’t want more migrants in their town and feel sold out by the ‘progressive’ liberals who run the country.
Riots (protests?) also took place in Hull, Bolton and Middlesbrough today, following on from earlier protests this week in Southport, Sunderland, Blackpool, Liverpool, Belfast, Blackburn, Bristol, Manchester, Hull, Leeds and so on. What they all have in common is that they are ill-served by the Islington political elite and are cities/towns where the white working class is feeling under economic and cultural pressure from Muslims and woke encroachment on their values.
We have also seen left-wing political rallies, where the police employ soft touch policing, as opposed to ‘far-right’ demonstrations, where the police are in full riot gear and go in boots and all.
The infamous head-kicking incident at Manchester Airport has resulted in no arrests for the alleged assaults on the police, but Starmer’s Government is setting up special sittings of courts so that people arrested at ‘far-right’ demonstrations can be fast tracked, arrested, charged, tried and despatched to jail within 48 hours. This has increased the sense of alienation of the white working class.
Keir Starmer gave a speech in which he promised protection for mosques and Muslims and emphasised that violence would not be tolerated, which contrasts with the ‘support’ given to the Jewish community in the aftermath of the Gaza demonstrations. This has further antagonised the working class and many are now regretting having voted for Labour in the recent elections.
All this, coupled with the threat of huge tax increases and the removal of winter fuel allowances for pensioners, whilst awarding massive 22 per cent wage increases to junior doctors and more giving in on wage increases to other disaffected sectors, is resulting in huge voter regret.
The riots are going to result in increased police powers and more state control over everyday living; this along with the economic damage that will be inflicted by the Labour party is leaving a disenchanted electorate.
The Conservatives left an economy on the rise, with inflation down to two per cent, GDP on the rise, unemployment under control and interest rates coming down.
All I can say is the UK is in for a very bumpy ride. Don’t be surprised to see the unrest and civil disobedience increasing.
