The Albanese government has been caught trying to buy its way back to power, yet again. As I reported recently, a secretive, ‘invitation only’ sports grants program was used to funnel tens of millions to Labor and marginal seats. Including millions to the Marrickville golf club – right across the road from one of the PM’s many investment properties. A golf club he strenuously denied being a member of, or attending: even though the public record, including his own socials, showed undeniably that he was not only an honorary member, but had frequented the club many times over the years.
Now, in tandem with their Moonie-esque mass citizenship rallies, Labor have been caught out buying ethnic votes.
The Coalition has accused Labor of exploiting a $171 million multicultural fund to bankroll its own seats and entrench “ghettoisation” of migrant communities, as the Albanese government quietly shifts funding toward cross-cultural programs over narrower ethnic or religious activities.
There’s no “accused” about it: the numbers speak for themselves.

“The value of new multicultural grant awards jumped from less than $6 million in 2022–23 to more than $325 million in 2025-26, roughly a 55-fold increase.
“Over 87 per cent of multicultural grants last year were awarded through a closed and non-competitive selection process, and 88 per cent of the money has gone to Labor seats since Anthony Albanese came to power. In the financial year following the last election, 94 per cent of the money went to Labor-held seats.
“Tony Burke’s electorate is among the biggest beneficiaries.”
Burke’s electorate is, it just happens, the most densely Muslim in the country. Purely coincidentally too, no doubt, Muslim groups took 30 per cent of the funding, despite being just 2.6 per cent of the population. Christians, nearly half of the population, received less than Muslims.
The Australian National Imams Council, based in his electorate, copped an extraordinary slice.
A whopping $86 million Australian taxpayer dollars.
Pauline Hanson is right to say the Adass Israel Synagogue rebuild after the firebombing is the one grant that clearly deserved the money.
And we wouldn’t have had to pay to rebuild the synagogue at all, if it weren’t for Islamic antisemitism.
Elsewhere, Labor is sneakily boosting its voter base by another 30,000.

Well, if another couple of dozen Jewish Australians have to die to secure Labor its vital Western Sydney seats, it’s a sacrifice Albo and co are only too-willing to make.
