GAZA CITY, GAZA – JULY 20: Palestinian Hamas militants

Table of Contents

As I wrote, regarding the craven joint statement by Anthony Albanese, Chris Luxon and Justin Trudeau, it’s notable that not one of them has ever called for a ceasefire in Ukraine — yet Israel is supposed to just lie back and take it from the bloodthirsty savages of Hamas. The craven pandering is all the more obvious because the outcomes of a ceasefire in either case would be so radically and dangerously different.

A ceasefire in Ukraine would force both sides to the negotiating table. Certainly, as the invaded party, Ukraine would feel aggrieved, but, Western propaganda aside, Russia for all its faults is a more-or-less rational actor. Its goal has never been the complete obliteration of the Ukraine state, let alone its people. Short of boneheaded Euro-American provocation, the war is hardly likely to spread beyond the old Soviet Union.

A ceasefire in Gaza would be both a green light for jihadists to commit further attacks and an opportunity for Hamas to regroup and reorganize. Both would be perilous outcomes.

Because Hamas is not a rational actor. Hamas is driven by a fanatical goal of eliminating, first the Jewish state, then Jews worldwide. After that, the rest of the infidels. Like its other Muslim Brotherhood offshoot, ISIS, Hamas’ goal is nothing less than a global Ummah. They are absolutely clear on this: We shall liberate our Al-Aqsa Mosque, and our cities and villages, as a prelude to the establishment of the future Islamic Caliphate. Therefore, brothers and sisters, we are at the threshold of a global Islamic civilization era. The fuel and spearhead of this era will be Gaza, according to Hamas spokesman Fathi Hammad.

They’re already getting started.

German authorities on Thursday detained four alleged members of Hamas suspected of planning to attack Jewish institutions in the region — the first suggestion that the Gaza conflict might be spilling over beyond the Middle East.

“First suggestion”? What, did they not notice the Muslim mob chanting “Gas the Jews!” in Sydney? The demented Greens and Te Paati Maori shrieking the Hamas war cry for the elimination of the Jewish state? The staggering surge in anti-Semitic attacks around the world?

What these attacks are exposing, though, is that this is no spontaneous upsurge in Islamic hate. This is a long-planned attack on Jews, not just in Israel, but around the world.

Germany’s federal prosecutor said one of the men, acting under order from Hamas leaders in Lebanon, had in the spring begun searching for a cache of weapons the organization had clandestinely assembled in the past.

The weapons were to be brought to Berlin until they could be used in a possible attack against Jewish institutions in Europe, the prosecutor said […]

In October, a man identified as Lebanese-born Abdelhamid Al A. and two accomplices, Egyptian national Mohamed B. and Dutch national Nazih R., began traveling from Berlin across the region to gather the weapons, assisted by a third man identified as Lebanese-born Ibrahim El-R., according to the German prosecutor. The four were longstanding Hamas members who had already participated in foreign operations for the group and had ties to the leaders of its military wing, the Izz ad-Dine al-Qassam Brigades, according to the prosecutor

So, naturally, they were allowed into Europe.

Where the flames of jihad are rapidly spreading.

Meanwhile, attacks on Jewish residents and institutions have rocketed across Europe. Germany’s main antisemitism watchdog said late last month its local reporting centers had recorded 994 verified antisemitic incidents between Oct. 7 and Nov. 9, a more than fourfold increase over the average for 2022.

Muslims are on the warpath (well, more than usual) in Denmark, too.

Danish authorities also say they have prevented a terror attack after three arrests in Denmark and a fourth in the Netherlands, as Israel said the suspects in Denmark were acting “on behalf of Hamas”.

Danish police did not go into details about the suspects or give any indication as to the possible target of the alleged plot.

“It was a group that was planning an act of terror,” Flemming Drejer, head of operations at the PET intelligence service, told a news conference.

There were “ramifications involving other countries”.

Aren’t they glad that Mutti Merkel let all those millions of fighting-age young Muslim men flood into Europe? What could possibly go wrong?
