Green MP Julie Anne Genter as we all know wants more women in the board room. A famous New Zealander has a novel solution.

Those recently outed public company sinners lacking female directors, can show they’re up with the play in the new social order. All they need do is have some of their existing directors declare they identify as women. That should do it and allow Boards to continue selection based on perceived merit.
