A former Olympian is refusing to leave a house sold in a mortgagee sale despite a judge ruling that she has to go.

Kristy Hill, 47, was a Football Fern from 2008–2011 and played in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Since 2022, Hill and Ivan Iraia together owned the property on Bolton St in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland since 2022. Prior to that, it was owned by Hill and other parties, who bought it in 2012 for $940,000.

The 3100m² property includes a large five-bedroom house, tennis court and swimming pool, all in poor condition.
