The geniuses who make the Stuff quiz think that the first Tour de France was in 1803 – some 216 years ago!
Considering that the bicycle wasn’t even invented until 1817, some 14 years later, I find their answer to be quite improbable (also the bike doesn’t look like it would last for a three-week tour of the country, and looks bloody uncomfortable).
The correct answer, of course, is 1903.
