Sorry, he was arrested because he was unarmed? I’m so confused.

“Preventative patrolling” – they arrested him before he could get armed. The difference a comma makes.

I bet those residents are real happy about being described as living in high-risk areas. I’m picking it should’ve read not arrested.

No, he was arrested…and DISarmed?
