Here is one of the best old comedy shows from the ’50s, The Three Stooges, Starring Moe, Larry, Curly, Shemp. Actually, the Three Stooges were made for movies as short videos in the 1930s. I think of them as made for TV in the ’50s because that is when and how I saw the Stooges. On TV at home in the ’50s. The Three Stooges actually began in the 1930s and were re-broadcast in the ’50s, ’60s & ’70s on TV.
