Daniel is busy in the middle of Rosh Hashanah celebrations (for the Jewish New Year), so we don’t have his regular BFD column.

He writes:

Hi guys

Some of the meal from last night’s festive feast.

Filet mignon topped with papad [poppadum], red wine and pomegranate sauce on sweet potato cream with asparagus spears.

Dessert was apple tart with Chantilly cream and pomegranate coulis.
