For some, the recent controversy surrounding appointments is all about politics.

To me, it is about something much bigger, including the arrogance and straight-out pigheadedness shown by this shower of arrogant academics whose commonsense and professional integrity were destroyed by an untruthful prime minister along with her dangerous administration.
It is about whether New Zealand doctors felt genuinely free to exercise independent professional judgement during the Covid years.
